My husband is a physiotherapist, and when he started Path Allied Health on his own, I did what any partner would do and pitched in. With 15 years in marketing, CRM and customer experience behind me, I built the systems, the referral relationships and the client experience he did not have time for. Within 12 months we had 10 clinicians join us.

The more allied health providers I met, the more familiar it all looked. Great practitioners carrying the whole thing alone, becoming the bottleneck in their own business and quietly burning out. No one to ask questions, and no one building alongside them. So I created Path Connect: a free community where independent allied health clinicians and small providers can find each other, share what actually works and feel a little less alone in it.
