Whether you're newly independent or have been operating for several years, the program is designed to help strengthen the foundations that support long-term growth.

Do I need to own a large practice?

No.

Participants should set aside time for the weekly workshop and implementation activities between sessions.

What happens if I miss a workshop?

All workshops will be recorded and made available to participants.

You can catch up in your own time and continue working through the program.

How is Smart Path different from free business content online?

The internet isn't short on information.

The challenge is knowing what to focus on and turning information into action.

Smart Path provides a structured framework, practical implementation and a cohort of clinicians working through the same material together. The goal is not to consume more content. The goal is to make progress.

What if I'm only just starting out?

You don't need to have everything figured out before joining.

Many clinicians join because they want more clarity, confidence and direction early in their business journey.

Will I need to complete homework?

Yes.

The program is built around implementation, not just learning.

The activities are designed to help you apply what you're learning directly to your own business each week.

What happens after the program finishes?

The program may finish after eight weeks, but the relationships don't.

Participants will continue to have access to the Path Connect community and the connections built throughout the cohort.

What happens if I need to withdraw from the program?

If you're unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where at least 14 days' notice is provided before the program commencement date, we may be able to transfer your place to a future intake or provide a refund less any applicable administration or transaction fees.

Once the program has commenced, refunds are generally not available due to the limited number of places available and the immediate access provided to workshops, recordings, resources and community content. If unexpected circumstances arise after the program has started, we encourage you to contact us. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Full details can be found in the Smart Path Terms of Service.
