Overview
Smart Path is a business growth program delivered by Path Connect for independent allied health clinicians and small providers.
By enrolling in Smart Path, participants agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable Privacy Policy.
Enrolment and Payment
Enrolment is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Participants may enrol through either:
Full payment; or
An approved payment plan.
Where a payment plan is selected, participants agree to complete all scheduled payments unless they receive a refund under the Smart Path Money-Back Guarantee.
Failure to maintain payment obligations may result in suspension or removal of access to Smart Path and its associated resources.
Early Bird and Promotional Pricing
Path Connect may offer discounted, promotional or early bird pricing from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional pricing is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
Path Connect reserves the right to modify, withdraw or end promotional pricing at any time.
Promotional pricing cannot be applied retrospectively to existing enrolments.
Withdrawals, Transfers and Money-Back Guarantee
Participants who are unable to attend may contact Path Connect to request a transfer to a future intake. Transfers are subject to availability and approval by Path Connect.
Smart Path is covered by a money-back guarantee. If a participant begins the program and decides it is not right for them, they may request a full refund at any time before Week 3 commences.
To request a refund, the participant must contact Path Connect in writing at laura.maguire@pathconnect.com.au before the commencement of Week 3.
Where a participant has paid in full, the amount paid will be refunded. Where a participant is using a payment plan, payments already made will be refunded and any remaining scheduled payments will be cancelled.
Once a refund has been issued, the participant’s access to Smart Path, including workshops, recordings, resources and community content, will end.
Refund requests made after Week 3 has commenced are not covered by the money-back guarantee. Requests relating to exceptional circumstances may be considered by Path Connect on a case-by-case basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
Program Delivery
Path Connect will make reasonable efforts to deliver the program as described.
Workshop dates, guest speakers, content, resources and delivery methods may be adjusted where reasonably necessary.
Participants will be notified of significant changes where practical.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
Maintaining respectful and professional conduct;
Participating in accordance with community guidelines;
Protecting the confidentiality of other participants where applicable;
Ensuring their contact details remain accurate; and
Complying with all applicable laws and professional obligations.
Community Participation
Smart Path includes access to the Path Connect community.
Participants must comply with all community guidelines and standards.
Path Connect reserves the right to suspend or remove access where behaviour is considered inappropriate, disruptive, unlawful or harmful to the community.
No refund will be provided where access is removed due to a breach of these Terms, except where required by law.
Intellectual Property
All program materials, recordings, templates, worksheets, presentations and resources remain the property of Path Connect unless otherwise stated.
Participants may use program materials for their own personal and internal business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish or share them without prior written permission.
Recordings
Workshops, discussions and events may be recorded and made available to participants.
By participating, participants acknowledge that their name, comments, questions or contributions may appear in program recordings.
Results Disclaimer
Smart Path provides education, guidance, resources and peer learning opportunities.
Individual outcomes will vary.
Path Connect does not guarantee any specific business, financial, professional or personal results arising from participation in the program.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Path Connect is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in Smart Path.
Participants remain responsible for their own business, financial, clinical and professional decisions.
Changes to the Program
Path Connect may update, modify or improve Smart Path, its content, resources or delivery methods from time to time.
