Overview

Path Connect is an online community designed to support independent allied health clinicians and small providers through connection, learning, discussion and professional development.

By creating an account, accessing the community or participating in Path Connect, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and participate in Path Connect.

You are responsible for ensuring any information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

Community Participation

Path Connect is intended to provide a respectful and professional environment for members.

By participating in the community, you agree to:

Members remain responsible for exercising their own professional judgement and complying with all applicable professional, legal and regulatory obligations.

Path Connect does not provide clinical, legal, financial or professional advice.

User Content

Members retain ownership of content they post within the community.

By posting content, members grant Path Connect a non-exclusive licence to display, store and use that content for the operation of the community.

Members are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share any content they post.

Intellectual Property

All Path Connect branding, resources, content, materials and platform assets remain the property of Path Connect unless otherwise stated.

Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit Path Connect content without prior written permission.

Recordings and Events

Webinars, workshops, discussions and community events may be recorded and made available to members.

By participating, members acknowledge that their name, comments, questions or contributions may appear within recordings.

Community Access

Path Connect may modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the community, events, resources or features at any time.

Path Connect reserves the right to suspend or remove access where a member breaches these Terms of Service or engages in behaviour that negatively impacts the community.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Path Connect is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the community, participation in discussions, attendance at events or reliance on information shared within the platform.

Members remain responsible for their own business, financial, clinical and professional decisions.
